Shipping Policy

**Order Processing and Shipping**

At Courtney Charming, we prioritize the prompt processing and shipment of orders to ensure your satisfaction. Orders are processed in the sequence they are received during our business days, which span from Monday to Friday. While we endeavor to dispatch orders within this timeframe, there may be instances where shipments occur outside these days due to scheduling constraints, albeit without guarantee. If you require expedited processing, please reach out to us before placing your order.

**Liability and Damages**

Courtney Charming assumes no liability for damages or losses incurred during shipment. Should you encounter any issues with your order, kindly contact us via email.

In the event of a damaged package, refunds are not applicable. However, you may request repair services for the affected product. It is imperative that you cover the shipping costs for returning the item, even in cases of severe damage. We solely consider damage sustained during shipping and not through usage or wear. Please notify us immediately at courtneycharming@gmail.com in case of shipping-related damage or incorrect item receipt.

Should you fail to notify us of damage within 5 business days from the delivery date, eligibility for a refund will be forfeited. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original, unworn condition and packaging. Refund approval is at our discretion. Once authorized, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

In instances of damage or loss, refunds are not permissible, but product replacement requests are acceptable. You are obligated to bear the return shipping expenses, regardless of the extent of damage.

Alterations attempted on damaged products preclude them from complimentary repair services.

**Delays**

Courtney Charming absolves itself of responsibility for postal service-related delays. Once your order is shipped via your selected service, any delays are beyond our control. While we may opt, at our discretion, to upgrade shipping without additional charges, this is not a guarantee, especially in cases of unforeseen delays or shifted deadlines.

**Customs & Fees**

We disclaim responsibility for any incurred charges or fees during shipping. Customs costs are not factored into product or shipping charges. We urge you to consider these potential fees prior to making a purchase.

**Shipping Details**

Legally, we are unable to alter shipping details or item values for customs purposes. Such actions could result in legal penalties and jeopardize our company's standing.

**Lost Packages**

Packages are considered lost at the discretion of the shipping company after 30 business days of no tracking updates. Delivery confirmation absolves us of responsibility, and lost packages are subject to insurance claim processes.

**Stolen Packages**

If a package is stolen from your premises, we cannot assume liability. Consider utilizing parcel pickup services or coordinating with neighbors for secure delivery.
